YOUR ORDER, I MAKE IT

709 Frequency isn't a company with a warehouse full of pre-printed shirts. It's me, in Glovertown, Newfoundland. Every graphic, every press, every package goes through my hands your order is what tells me to start. 

I designed it. I pressed it. I checked it. I'm packing it. If your size isn't on hand, I order the blank from my Toronto supplier first, so give it a little extra time. I'd rather be honest than fast.

SOMETIMES I HAVE TO ORDER YOUR APPAREL

I keep a selection of apparel on hand, but I don't carry every size, colour and garment combination in unlimited quantities.
If the apparel you selected is in stock here, I can usually get your order moving within 1-2 business days.
If I don't have that particular apparel type or size on hand, I order it from my wholesale supplier in Toronto, Canada.
That means your order may take a little longer but I'd rather be transparent about that than pretend everything magically appears overnight.

QUALITY CHECK

Before anything leaves my studio, I check the finished piece.
I'm looking for the things I'd want to see if I were the one opening the package:
Clean press.
Good placement.
Correct size.
Correct design.
Ready to wear.
If something isn't right, it doesn't get broadcast.

THE SHIPPING SIGNAL

Ships Canada Post, tracked, from Newfoundland to wherever you are. Your order moves within 1–2 business days of you placing it then allow:

Newfoundland: 2–4 business days
•
Atlantic Canada: 3–5 business days
•
Rest of Canada: 4–8 business days
•
US: 5–10 business days
•
International: 2–4 weeks (customs can add its own static — out of my hands)

THEN IT GETS BROADCAST

Your finished order is shipped through Canada Post and begins its journey from Newfoundland to wherever you are.
